 Pickmere Country Guest House is a Georgian grade ll listed building dating back to 1772. Originally built as a farmhouse it was, in its time, the largest of its kind in Cheshire. Commanding picturesque views over the surrounding countryside the guest house is situated in the centre of the village and within easy walking distance of 2 local pubs serving good food. After 5 1/2 miles turn left into Pickmere Lane at The Black Greyhound pub signed to Pickmere B5391. After 1 mile, having driven through Higher Wincham and into the village of Pickmere, turn left at The Red Lion pub into Park Lane. Pickmere Country Guest House can be found on the left hand side of the road within 100yds. If you go pass The Elms pub you have gone too far.
